· Maintain and update existing employee’s payroll database.
· Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll.
· Responsible for entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees, leave, terminations and check, & authorize claims.
· Compile complete attendance details.
· Responsible to Verify and process medical claims.
· Prepare final settlement of terminated / resigned staff.
· Prepare & maintain record of overtime wages of staff.
· Responsible for EOBI and PESSI.
· Manpower analysis.
· Improve existing HR operations.
