Maymar Construction Engineering is seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry and hold a D.A.E Civil qualification. This role requires supervising a team of 20 persons, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards. The Construction Site Supervisor acts as a key link between project management and field workers, coordinating activities to achieve timely project completion while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for conducting thorough site inspections and implementing rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that construction works meet design specifications and regulatory requirements. The individual must have strong leadership skills to effectively manage the team, resolve site issues, and foster a collaborative work environment. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential for monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with health and safety practices throughout the construction lifecycle. Projects can be of modern cement based construction and traditional lime based construction. Work can be in Lahore or other cities.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and ensure all work complies with project plans and quality standards.
Coordinate and lead a team of about 20 construction workers, delegating tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of workmanship and identify potential safety hazards.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high standards in construction materials and processes.
Communicate with project managers and engineers to report progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among site personnel.
Manage the use of construction equipment and materials efficiently to minimize waste and prevent delays.
Track project milestones and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Resolve onsite conflicts and issues promptly, maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Enforce compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Assist in training new workers and developing existing team members’ skills to enhance performance.
