Waiter

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to meet hygiene and safety standards.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints diplomatically to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of cash and electronic transactions.

Assist in restocking service areas and preparing tables for the next guests.

Adhere to all company policies, including safety and sanitary regulations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent guest experiences.

Continuously improve product knowledge to provide informative recommendations to guests.

Support overall restaurant operations during peak hours and special events as needed.
