Job Summary
To provide administrative and finance support to the local project.
Responsibilities
A: Day to day tasks:
· Update Petty Cash Book in soft file and close the petty cash book after verification on daily basis.
· Provide and update outreach worker allowance register on daily/bimonthly basis including soft file on computer or as per demand.
· Supervise staff attendance register.
· Update bank transaction list.
· Prepare transaction related finance vouchers.
· Perform day-to-day bank transactions.
· Writing cheques along with mentioning purpose through cheque request and advance request form.
· Data entry in accounting system software.
· Make transport / hotel bookings and reservations for staff / delegates on official travel both local and foreign. Collect tickets as per requirements.
B: Monthly Reporting:
· Prepare monthly expense summary for record keeping.
· Prepare monthly face sheet to report expenses.
· Maintain monthly bank reconciliation sheet.
· Maintain monthly transaction list.
· Scanning and record keeping of expense receipts.
· Prepare and transfer monthly payroll.
· Prepare tax challan and submit to FBR to finish the tax related liabilities.
· Prepare monthly variance analysis budget sheet.
· Match and verify manual transactions with accounting system software to reconcile the financial report.
· Support in the preparation of the PUDR (Progress Update/Disbursement Request) whenever it necessary.
C: Assets Maintenance:
· Preform asset verification with Project Manager (or his/her delegate) once in quarter.
D: Administration:
· All procurement for Organization are to be undertaken under supervision and verification of Admin and Finance Assistant and approved by Operations Manager & Project Manager.
· Organizing events/training/conference if required by the organization.
E: Duration:
6 Months Contract (Extension on satisfactory performance)
