Mechanical Drafter

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare clear, accurate, and detailed mechanical shop drawings for fabrication and installation, adhering strictly to project specifications.
- Develop fully coordinated MEP layout drawings, proactively identifying and resolving spatial clashes with structural and architectural elements before construction begins.
- Reconcile drawing revisions and maintain comprehensive drawing logs and documentation to ensure version control and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Mechanical Draftsman within the engineering or construction sector.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, with the ability to produce detailed and precise drawings.
- Solid understanding of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and fire protection systems, enabling effective coordination of mechanical components.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent spatial coordination skills to ensure accuracy and prevent clashes in design.
