Med Lab Services is looking for an experienced account officer. The successful candidate will have great communications skills and a strong quantitative background, along with a proven track record of successfully handling accounts. Ideal candidate should have knowledge of basic accounting functions. We also value those who are ready to learn and adapt with a fast-paced work environment. Those looking for a long-term relationship will be given priority during the selection process. The candidate should be able to perform the following tasks.
- Management of Account Receivable / Account Payable and its regular reconciliations.
- Assistance in preparation of management reports for the management.
- Preparing bank reconciliations and daily cash reports.
- Handling all matters related to Cash and Checking Accounts.
- Handling Bank deposits/ filing.
- Petty cash checking & reconciliation
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Check invoices for inaccuracies
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
- Handle general account queries
- Contact clients about invoices that are past due
- Using account software to maintain the accounts
