We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing Executive to join our Revenue Cycle Management team in Karachi, Pakistan. This role supports billing and revenue cycle operations for multiple healthcare practices across various medical specialties within the US healthcare system. The successful candidate will be responsible for insurance claim submission, accounts receivable management, denial resolution, payment posting, and payer follow-ups to ensure timely reimbursements and compliance with payer policies. While 1 to 3 years of experience is preferred, fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Review patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and billing information for multiple specialties and providers.
- Submit clean claims promptly to insurance companies and clearinghouses.
- Conduct accounts receivable follow-up on unpaid or underpaid claims.
- Manage denial resolution and appeals to recover unpaid claims.
- Verify insurance payments for accuracy in line with payer contracts and fee schedules.
- Process primary, secondary, and tertiary insurance claims efficiently.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, discrepancies, and payment issues.
- Accurately post insurance and patient payments in the billing system.
- Respond professionally to patient and insurance billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing records for each practice.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare billing regulations and HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate effectively with providers, clients, and internal teams across multiple practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US Medical Billing or Dental Billing is preferred.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Experience in accounts receivable management, denial handling, and appeals.
- Familiarity with major US insurance payers such as Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage billing for multiple providers and specialties simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with EHR and Practice Management systems such as Kareo, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or AdvancedMD.
- Knowledge of specialty-specific billing guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced revenue cycle management environment.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs80,000 to Rs110,000.
