QMS Coordinator is responsible to do the following activities: -
- Responsible to manage the QMS documentation relevant to the purchase department.
- Responsible to conduct vendor performance evaluation, re-evaluation and maintaining the record.
- Review and update vendor evaluation form as per new MDR.
- Conduct vendor survey at their sites and compile the report which are pending’s on their ends.
- Update vendor profile in the system against the survey report.
- Prepare Monthly Performance Reports.
- Update the supplier agreements as per the new MDR format.
- Update inspection report of critical suppliers on real-time.
- Responsible for complaints handling and record-keeping regarding the purchase department.
- Responsible for preparing analysis/ comparison reports in coordination with technical dept./lab.
- Responsible to ensure QMS requirements related to procurement are integrated into the organization business processes.
- Responsible to oversee inspection (examination) of incoming material, ensuring that they meet requirement.
