Main Accountabilities:

1. To ensure correct assignment of mandatory & role-specific training to both new and existing employees to remain compliant with our learning & development policy and the departmental norms & procedures.

2. To plan, coordinate and deliver both off-job and on-the-job training, following the standards and considerations outlined within our learning & development policy and the departmental norms & procedures.

3. To plan & execute in a manner that no learning item for any staff ever gets expired/ overdue.

4. To execute the competency assessments, and the sign-off process, most fairly, transparently & timely.

5. To work with full integrity & honesty to be able to generate and maintain reliable, valid & correct training records (forms, certificates, completion dates, results, assessments, etc.)

6. To carry out all the assigned tasks & activities to fully adhere to the relevant departmental, organizational, and statutory standards, policies & procedures, including the health, safety, labor, employment, and equality laws.

7. To stay informed on all the developments & updates (i.e., the changes in operational standards, policies, processes & procedures) from the department, organization, customer airline & regulator, and accordingly improve & update the training content to help staff achieve the corresponding changes in the qualification levels.

8. To collaborate, and maintain a collegial & healthy working relationship, within the department and with the teams working at the station to achieve the common organizational goals of safety, security & OTP.

9. To remain current and up to date in your qualifications and competence and take the initiative to suggest any professional development courses that in your view may help you grow further.
