Full-Time role for a Technical Support Executive based in Lahore
- Responsible for regularly providing existing customers of our specialized chemical products with technical support and service to ensure a smooth production process.
- Expected to build and maintain strong relationships with various relevant departments at the customer to maintain a smooth relationship.
- Identify and acquire new customers for our existing or new product lines.
- Provide regular reporting of activities to head office.
Requirement:
- BSc in Chemical /Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
- 3-5 years of Production Line / Quality Control experience in Industrial manufacturing: automotive, white goods and appliances
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Pleasant personality allowing for the building of relationships with customers.
- Strong communication skills
- Sufficient proficiency in English to write daily reports.
