MH Educational Consultants is seeking an experienced Education Counselor with a strong background in European study visa processes to provide expert guidance to students aiming to pursue higher education in countries such as Germany, Italy, and France. The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience and possesses a deep understanding of university applications, preparation of Statements of Purpose, blocked accounts, financial proofs, and Schengen visa procedures. Holding a Bachelors or Masters degree and demonstrating excellent English communication skills are essential for success in this role. The Education Counselor supports prospective students by assessing their academic profiles and career goals, facilitating the application process, and delivering personalized advice to navigate through the complexities of international admissions. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires strong case management abilities and effective communication to build trust and assist students throughout every stage of their educational journey.
Responsibilities

  • Evaluate student qualifications and academic records to recommend suitable study programs and universities in Europe.
  • Guide students through the comprehensive application process, including completing university requirements and drafting compelling Statements of Purpose.
  • Assist students in gathering and organizing necessary financial documents, such as blocked accounts and financial proofs, to meet visa application criteria.
  • Provide detailed information on Schengen visa procedures and support students in preparing their visa applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission policies and visa regulations across multiple European destinations to ensure accurate counseling.
  • Develop tailored career counseling plans that align with students educational aspirations and future goals.
  • Manage individual student cases diligently to track application progress and follow up on pending documentation or requirements.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with students and their families to address concerns and provide ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with external entities such as universities, visa authorities, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth application processes.
  • Conduct workshops or information sessions to educate students about European study opportunities and application essentials.
