Merchandiser

MI Creation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join the Fabric Division of Dr. Haris Clothing Brand. This role requires managing the entire order lifecycle, from inquiry to execution, ensuring seamless coordination between multiple departments such as production, sourcing, quality assurance, and logistics. The successful candidate possesses a minimum of five years of relevant experience and demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skills. The Merchandiser plays a vital role in supporting sales operations, preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining accurate sales records, and assisting in customer communications to promote business growth. In this position, you will manage a team of five, coordinating activities to maintain smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment. You will work closely with the Sales Head, supporting daily sales and merchandising tasks to meet production schedules and customer expectations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a solid understanding of merchandising and sales coordination are essential. This role demands multitasking ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining effective professional relationships across departments and with customers.
Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Head with daily sales and merchandising operations to ensure efficient processing of customer orders and sales activities.
Lead and manage a team of five persons, guiding their tasks to align with organizational goals and maintaining high productivity.
Process customer inquiries and track all orders from initiation through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at each stage.
Collaborate with production, sourcing, quality assurance, and logistics departments to synchronize schedules and resolve any issues impacting order fulfillment.
Prepare quotations, customer correspondence, sales orders, and purchase orders with accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate the sampling process, including the development and dispatch of product samples to support customer evaluation and product assortment planning.
Maintain and update comprehensive sales records, customer databases, and detailed order tracking reports to provide clear visibility for management review.
Perform precise data entry and maintain current documentation to support smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
Monitor order status continuously and actively follow up with internal teams to ensure adherence to delivery timelines and resolve bottlenecks promptly.
Generate detailed sales analysis and operational reports using Microsoft Excel to assist in strategic decision-making.
Support and maintain professional, responsive communication with customers, reinforcing trust and fostering long-term business relationships.
Undertake additional merchandising and administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Head to enhance overall operational efficiency and sales growth.
