Sales Officer

Millennium Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Officer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with business-to-business customers, generating leads, and effectively negotiating deals to achieve company sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of product knowledge and the ability to communicate value propositions clearly and convincingly. As a Sales Officer managing a team of two persons, you will lead by example, provide guidance, and support your team to meet and exceed sales goals. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a customer-focused environment and ensuring smooth cooperation within the team and between departments. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a goal-oriented mindset to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for lead generation to attract new B2B customers.
Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and present appropriate products from Millennium Group.
Negotiate terms, close sales agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Manage and mentor a team of two sales associates, providing ongoing training and support to enhance performance.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date product knowledge, staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets set by the company.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
