Position Title: Sales Officer Water Storage Tanks Location: Karachi, Pakistan Experience: 24 years (Field Sales Hardware / Plumbing / Construction Supplies) About the Role: We are seeking energetic Sales Officers to manage field coverage, visit hardware/sanitary shops, generate orders, and maintain strong customer relationships across assigned Karachi territories. Key Responsibilities: - Execute daily beat plans to visit hardware dealers, plumber shops, and construction sites. - Secure regular orders for water tanks and ensure product availability at retail points. - Identify new prospective retailers and expand brand visibility in assigned zones. - Coordinate with distribution for timely deliveries and follow up on payment recoveries. Requirements: - Intermediate or Bachelor's degree. - Prior field sales experience in Karachi's building materials or hardware market. - Own motorcycle with valid driving license is mandatory. - Strong market negotiation skills and route familiarity

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential customers through sales prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
Engage with leads through various channels to qualify prospects and schedule sales presentations.
Deliver compelling and customized sales presentations to demonstrate product value and match customer needs.
Maintain and update the customer database, tracking interactions and sales-related activities.
Develop strategies to expand market share and increase sales within the sanitary products sector in Karachi.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and promotional efforts with sales objectives.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and sales strategies to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure effective follow-up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
Manage individual sales targets and work diligently to meet or exceed them without direct team oversight.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to build professional relationships and increase brand visibility.
