Preparation of financial statements and financial reports in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, policies, local corporate laws and directives of regulatory authorities;
- Preparation and evaluation of management accounts
- Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues, expenses and provide recommendations.
- Treasury, Cash and Payroll management
- Develop, implement and modify recordkeeping and accounting systems, leveraging latest software
- Commercial contracts and business arrangements
- Preparation of settlement sheets of company suppliers
- Maintaining updated General Ledgers
- Establish tables of accounts and assign entries accurately to respective ledgers.
- Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Bank Reconciliation
- Provide recommendations on the financial and tax implications of business decisions
- Develop and maintain efficient systems of internal audit, financial control and management information systems
- Coordination and correspondence with financial institutions
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
- Company annual tax filing
- Identify and mitigate tax risks
- Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
