- Learning:
- Set up and support the delivery of online and class room training courses
- Responsible to create and manage quarterly training calendars and rollout
- Facilitate timely registration of trainees with relevant training agency/consultant
- Liaising with MMBL employees for ensuring training & development objectives completion
- Coordination and management of Training partners and vendors
- Management and follow up to ensure training hours completion targets on monthly/quarterly and annual bases
- Recording and reporting of training budget spending function wise and ensuring dashboard visibility
- Management orientation training program and employee onboarding process
- Record keeping and vendor payment coordination with cross functional teams
- Facilitating TNA (Training Need Analysis) record keeping and completion status
