Responsibilities
- Contacting Drivers and scheduling shipment deliveries and pickups
- Communicating with customers and making note of any shipment handling requests
- Determining and letting the customers know all the freight details
- Ensuring that the deliveries and pickups are done as per the allocated timeline
- Making a note of any route change requests
- Generating and verifying freight bills and invoices
- Checking the Truck Drivers compliance with the transportation rules and regulations
- Maintaining and updating Drivers logs
- Addressing customer shipment queries and complaints
- Scheduling and monitoring truck repairs and maintenance
- Negotiating freight charges with vendors and customers Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Truck Dispatcher.
- Familiarity with transport management and logistics software
- Complete knowledge of the transportation.
Girls will be preferred for sales .
