· Record keeping of credit operations,
· Book keeping and accounting including maintenance of ledgers,
· Bank reconciliation on fortnightly and monthly basis,
· Reconciliation of MIS and Accounts with Head Office on fortnightly and monthly basis,
· Responsible for collection of recovery,
· Compilation of daily recovery statement,
· Daily cash-in-hand statements of recovery as well as operational,
· Prepare bank reconciliation statement and Statement of advances,
· Responsible to deposit received cash in bank account on daily basis
· Maintain and submit daily cash closing statement
· Maintain petty cash and budget of field unit
· Verify all financial documents with Branch Manager
· Any other duty/task assigned by the Supervisor.
