A reputable development sector organization is seeking a qualified professional to join its regional office in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research within the development sector, with a focus on data management, analysis, and reporting. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to travel frequently to project sites primarily located in Sindh and Balochistan. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful development programs by supporting monitoring frameworks, conducting evaluations, assisting in research, and engaging with donors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of monitoring frameworks, tools, and field data collection processes to ensure accurate and timely data gathering.
- Conduct project monitoring and evaluation visits, compile comprehensive reports, and highlight key findings to inform program improvements.
- Assist in research activities, including designing and conducting surveys, analyzing data, and documenting lessons learned to guide program design and policy formulation.
- Prepare reports, case studies, success stories, and other knowledge products to showcase program achievements and insights.
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities from bilateral, multilateral, and private donors to support program sustainability and growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, development partners, and relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration and resource mobilization.
- Lead the preparation of concept notes, project proposals, and funding applications aligned with donor priorities and organizational goals.
- Manage data entry, cleaning, and validation using MIS and Excel systems to ensure data integrity and usability.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research, preferably within the development sector.
- Strong skills in data management, analysis, and reporting, with a proven ability to evaluate project feasibility and impact.
- Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project locations across Pakistan, mainly in Sindh and Balochistan.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience in donor reporting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Candidates should be no older than 45 years of age.
- The position offers a monthly salary of PKR 90,000, along with standard perks and privileges, with salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
