Resolve disputes of shop boards publicity taxes and weight scales verification/ stampings.
- Resolve branding taxes issues of vehicle branding.
- Liaison with government departments i.e. DMC’s, Cantonment board, DHA Authorities, TCP, and all other local authorities.
- Processing and renewal of Trade Licenses of Express Centers.
- Processing and payment of utility bills within due dates.
- Preparation and updating of Purchase Requisition Log systematically for tracking of PR’s.
- Coordination with store team for distribution of purchased items within the network.
- Receiving, verification, and submission of all purchase invoices.
- Keeping physical records (copies) of all submitted invoices and challans in files in a trackable manner.
- Responding to queries pertaining to branches and express centers from the network.
- Execute and perform time-to-time assigned tasks from senior management.
