Timings: UK Based, 3 pm till 11 pm (Flexible)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Handle employee relations, and conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage HR-related documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR roles.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
