We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eBay Specialist to manage our eBay store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our eBay store, including listing products, monitoring sales, customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of our eBay operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on eBay, ensuring accurate product descriptions and pricing.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities to increase sales.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and process orders, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with eBay policies and best practices, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Research and recommend new products to add to our eBay store.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and inventory management, to optimize eBay performance.
  • Continuously improve eBay store performance by implementing new strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing an eBay store, with a proven track record of increasing sales.
  • Proficient in eBay listing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends.
