Job Description

A UK based recruitment firm looking for a English Fluent (Verbal & Written) HR Administrator for Lahore office.

  • An ideal candidate must able to do the following day to day HR & Admin tasks,
  • Searching, Finding the suitable CVs from online database and Making outbound phone calls to UK based candidates (Must be able communicate professionally & understand UK English accent)
  • Phone answering (mainly candidates who looking for jobs & clients who looking for staff)
  • Telephonic Interviewing of potential candidates, Skill, Availability and making the appointments
  • Emails Drafting / Conversation (with clients & candidates)
  •  Job description writing, posting jobs on our Websites, Social media accounts and online Job boards
  • Other day to day admin, basic accounts duties as required
  • Working hours would be Monday to Saturday, 1am to 9pm.
