- This is a client facing role whereby the individual will be directly responsible for managing the relationship of clients.
- The client success manager’s analyst’s role owns the client relationship and is influential in shaping the client experience.
- The role is oriented to work in partnership with the client’s operational and executive leadership on case management, contract questions, deescalating risk factors, and/or product escalations.
- This is a highly collaborative & relational role that requires interaction with every functional area throughout the company.
- There is a heavy emphasis on client satisfaction & retention; data analytics & information management; performance management to drive both client & company results; industry expertise & acumen; and ability to thrive in a high growth & fast paced company environment.
