The Enumerator's primary objective is to ensure accurate identification, registration, and verification of selected households and to facilitate an efficient, transparent, and accountable to collect data for Baseline-Endline Household Survey.


Responsibilities
  • The baseline/endline survey will be administered, and data will be collected at the household level from 400 households, typically across 17 communities within the Killa Saifullah and Loralai districts.

  • Data Collection Tools and Database: Charity: Water’s structured questionnaire tools will be used for data collection. All data enumerators having at least graduate in Social Sciences. 

  • The HHs data will be collected through the Kobo Toolbox. Prior experience of data collection through using Kobo Toolbox is essential.

  • Household Assessments: Conduct door-to-door visits to Baseline-Endline Household Survey as per the  designated Tools. 

  • Each enumerator will be provided with their interview list from the selected sample along with guidance on how to select the replaced sample from the list in case the already sampled respondents are not available at home. 

  • The MEAL Officer will supervise the data collection and will provide guidance to the enumerators as and when required.

  • Data Collection: Collect and record beneficiary data using designated tools (Kobo Toolbox), ensuring completeness and accuracy. Enumerators /Feld researchers will be hired and deputed to carry out the data collection at field. Survey team will comprise 11 members. 

  • Face-to-face interviews of all HHs will be conducted and if a selected HH will not be available at the time of survey, then the replaced beneficiary in sample will be interviewed

  • Beneficiary Verification: Verify eligibility of households as permanent resident of the selected village to minimize inclusion and exclusion errors. 

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper record of assessed households, and final data collected regarding the HHs reviewed; uploaded inline and submitted daily progress updates. 

  • Community Engagement: Communicate clearly with community members regarding the objective of the Baseline-Endline Household Survey process, and all the responses are accurately recorded. 

  • Compliance: Adhere to organizational policies, code of conduct, safeguarding principles, and data protection protocols. 

  • Issue Reporting: Report any issues, concerns, or challenges faced during the Baseline-Endline Household Survey, to the MEAL Officer.
