The Education & Sponsorship Global Coordinators will provide comprehensive back office operational, administrative, programmatic, and data management support for Muslim Hands' global Education and Sponsorship programmes. The role is responsible for coordinating programme implementation, maintaining programme records, supporting donor and sponsor communications, monitoring project performance, managing reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
The holders of the post will act as a key liaison between Head Office, Country Offices, implementing partners, schools, and sponsorship teams to ensure efficient, accountable, and effective programme delivery.
Muslim Hands (MH) is a UK-registered international humanitarian and development NGO established in 1993, operating in over 50 countries including Pakistan and AJK. The organization delivers emergency relief and long-term development programs in education, health, water and sanitation, and livelihoods, with a strong focus on sustainability and accountability. Muslim Hands International Pakistan is registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961, and plays a key role in implementing community-based programs, particularly in education, where MH supports a network of 335 schools serving over 25,000 students. The Global Operations Development Department supports country offices by strengthening operational systems, policies, and processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effective delivery of programs across Muslim Hands’ global operations.
