Mustaqim Dyeing & Printing is seeking a detail-oriented and fast-typing Data Entry Operator with a strong command of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets. The Data Entry Operator will lead a team of six persons, overseeing their daily tasks and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all entered data. The candidate must excel in managing multiple priorities and providing guidance to the team to achieve consistent and timely data handling results.
Responsibilities

Accurately input and update data into various databases, spreadsheets, and company systems with 100% precision.
Manage and supervise a team of six data entry operators, providing training, guidance, and support to improve productivity.
Verify and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct issues promptly.
Organize and maintain data in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Meet deadlines for data entry projects consistently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments to collect and validate data necessary for accurate entry.
Develop and implement effective data entry procedures and best practices to streamline daily operations.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to enhance skills and efficiency.
Respond promptly to queries regarding data status, completeness, and related information.
Ensure data confidentiality and secure storage of sensitive information according to company policies.
Adapt to new data entry technologies and software enhancements, adopting them to improve workflow.
Track progress of part-time and remote data entry assignments, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
