The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Educational /Professional Qualification:

Minimum Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or Graduation with a Masters degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred

Experience:

Minimum 06 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 03 years of experience in Information Architecture and / or Data Modeling and / or Enterprise Architecture, preferably in bank(s)

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:

Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF / Zachman)
Hands-on experience in data modeling, information governance, and architecture documentation
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into enterprise-level information models
Familiarity with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements in the banking sector

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

To design and maintain the Enterprise Information Architecture vision, principles, standards, and roadmap to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices
To develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be information architecture blueprints aligned with enterprise strategy
To ensure adherence to recognized enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF and Zachman
To design and maintain conceptual, logical, and high-level physical data models to support enterprise information needs
To establish and manage enterprise-wide data domains, master data, and reference data structures
To establish and enforce data ownership and stewardship models to ensure accountability, quality, and compliance in data management
To define and implement information governance policies, standards, and controls
To ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistans (SBP) regulatory requirements, including data classification, retention, and archival policies, as well as confidentiality and privacy standards
To assist internal and external audit, risk, and compliance reviews related to information assets
To establish, document, and maintain enterprise information architecture principles, design patterns, and reusable artifacts to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives
To enforce solution compliance through architecture review forums
To review and manage architecture deviations in line with approved governance processes
To review BRDs, FRDs, RFPs, and solution designs from an information architecture perspective
To provide architectural guidance to project and development teams on data integration data flow consistency, data reuse and optimization
To assist in solution architecture reviews and approvals
To design and maintain enterprise-wide data flow diagrams and integration patterns to ensure seamless interoperability, scalability, and consistency
To serve as a strategic liaison across Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Audit stakeholders
To identify opportunities for data modernization, analytics enablement, and AI readiness
To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type:

The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed ondiscretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensationpackage and other benefits as per Banks Policy / rules.
