Inventory Auditor

NC Entertainment Pvt Limited is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Auditor to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time role focuses on conducting thorough physical inventory audits, verifying stock accuracy, and ensuring compliance with established inventory control procedures. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, along with 12 years of relevant experience in inventory, audit, accounts, or stock management. Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting are essential to excel in this role. The Inventory Auditor will be responsible for monitoring concessions, food and beverage, and operational inventory levels by performing daily and periodic stock reconciliations. This role involves close coordination with Operations, Accounts, and Store teams to identify and resolve discrepancies, minimize wastage, and maintain accurate stock records. Candidates must demonstrate honesty, responsibility, and the ability to work independently without managing a team.
Responsibilities

Conduct daily and periodic physical inventory audits to verify stock against system records and inventory reports.
Monitor inventory levels relating to concessions, food and beverage, and operational areas to identify shortages, excesses, wastage, and discrepancies.
Verify the accuracy of stock receiving, issuance, transfers, and consumption activities to maintain proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and audit protocols by maintaining clear and accurate records.
Prepare detailed inventory audit reports and variance analyses to provide management with actionable insights.
Collaborate with Operations, Accounts, and Store teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Use inventory management software and MS Excel to generate reports and analyze inventory data effectively.
Maintain integrity and confidentiality of inventory information and support continuous improvement in audit processes.
