Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers in the assigned area for collection and recovery activities.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate repayment arrangements.
- Ensure timely deposit and reconciliation of collected amounts.
- Update customer information and collection records accurately.
- Prepare daily and weekly recovery reports.
- Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Core Competencies
-
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in debt collection, recovery, and Microfinance
- Experience in collections, recovery, call center, or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
