Front Sales Executive

Nestech Studio is seeking a highly motivated Front Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires a confident, driven individual passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will manage a sales team of five, actively generating and qualifying leads, contacting potential clients, presenting services, and closing deals to contribute directly to the companys growth and success. This position operates on-site with a night shift schedule at our Karachi location. As a Front Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales initiatives, maintaining excellent communication with clients, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to deal closure. You will leverage your expertise in customer relationship management, sales negotiation, and product knowledge to exceed targets and foster long-term partnerships. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, persistent follow-up abilities, and a results-oriented approach to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
Responsibilities

Generate and qualify potential sales leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Reach out proactively to prospective clients through calls and meetings.
Effectively present Nestech Studios products and services to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to encourage repeat business.
Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales deals successfully.
Collaborate with team members and manage a small sales team of 5 individuals to achieve collective sales goals.
Conduct follow-up communications with prospects to nurture leads and guide them through the sales process.
Document client interactions and sales activities in the customer relationship management system for accurate record-keeping.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to proactively respond to market changes.
Work night shifts onsite at the Karachi location as per company requirements.
Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
