- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Create a minimum viable product (MVP), an initial version that has only enough function to meet its customer's purpose.
- Conduct experiments with the MVP to gauge interest, test price sensitivity, find marketing channels, create a message, and develop packaging.
- Collect customer feedback to continue expansion and enhancements, keep growing the product roadmap, and set new strategic goals for the product.
