The expert will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of performance and compliance through strategic talent management, workforce planning, and change management. This position demands an individual who can drive employee engagement initiatives, oversee succession planning, and leverage advanced HR analytics and technology tools such as Workday HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Talent Management Systems (TMS). The leadership responsibilities include managing and mentoring a small team to ensure smooth execution of projects and contribute to the overall organizational development and reform efforts.
