New Vision Engineering Consultant seeks a seasoned Governance / HR & Organizational Development Expert with extensive expertise to drive institutional growth and optimize human resource initiatives. This role involves leading a team of three professionals to develop and implement effective governance frameworks, organizational development strategies, and human resources functions that align with the companys vision and operational goals. The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field and brings a minimum of 12 years experience managing governance, institutional reforms, policy development, and capacity-building programs. The expert will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of performance and compliance through strategic talent management, workforce planning, and change management. This position demands an individual who can drive employee engagement initiatives, oversee succession planning, and leverage advanced HR analytics and technology tools such as Workday HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Talent Management Systems (TMS). The leadership responsibilities include managing and mentoring a small team to ensure smooth execution of projects and contribute to the overall organizational development and reform efforts.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive governance frameworks and HR policies to support organizational goals and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Lead institutional reform and capacity-building initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and execute talent management strategies including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
  • Utilize HR analytics and reporting tools to evaluate workforce trends and support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms such as Workday HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Talent Management Systems.
  • Oversee change management projects by coordinating across departments to ensure smooth transitions and sustain employee morale.
  • Conduct organizational development assessments and provide recommendations for structural or process improvements.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of three, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving key project deliverables and professional development.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to align workforce strategies with business objectives and governance standards.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, HR best practices, and governance standards to minimize risk and maintain a positive workplace culture.
