Network / Infrastructure Expert

New Vision Engineering Consultant is seeking an experienced Network / Infrastructure Expert to lead and manage a dedicated team of five professionals in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced network and infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure, data centers, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, HCIP, or their equivalents are a significant advantage. This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture, security, and performance, combined with strong leadership skills to oversee and guide the team towards achieving high operational standards and innovative infrastructure solutions. In this position, the Network / Infrastructure Expert designs and optimizes network architecture to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient connectivity within enterprise environments. The role demands expertise in routing and switching, firewall configuration, cloud infrastructure deployment, virtualization technologies, and infrastructure automation. The expert will continuously monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive enhancements to infrastructure systems. Close collaboration with various departments ensures alignment with business objectives while maintaining superior cybersecurity measures and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of five network and infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable network architectures that meet enterprise requirements for security, performance, and reliability.
• Oversee the configuration and management of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices to ensure optimal routing and switching.
• Implement and monitor network security measures, including firewall rules and intrusion prevention systems, to safeguard company assets.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure resources to support business applications and services effectively.
• Utilize virtualization technologies to design flexible and efficient computing environments.
• Conduct regular network performance monitoring and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Develop and execute strategies for infrastructure automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce human errors.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure upgrades and migrations with minimal service disruption.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance with security protocols and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities and future readiness.
• Maintain documentation related to network configurations, procedures, and policies for audit and reference purposes.
• Provide technical support and expert advice to various business units and stakeholders regarding network infrastructure matters.
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to network and infrastructure components.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements in all network and infrastructure operations.
