EV Bikes Technician

Nova Global is seeking a skilled EV Bikes Technician with a minimum of three years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in electric vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting electrical systems, specifically focused on electric bikes. This role requires a thorough understanding of electric vehicle components and the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain EV bikes to ensure optimal performance and safety. The technician will work independently, without managing a team, and contribute to maintaining Nova Globals commitment to innovative, sustainable transportation solutions. The EV Bikes Technician plays a critical role in ensuring reliable and efficient operation of electric bikes by performing detailed inspections, conducting repairs on electrical systems, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The candidate will utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify faults, recommend repairs, and perform routine maintenance that extends the lifespan of EV bikes. Working closely with other departments, this role supports Nova Globals mission to provide cutting-edge electric vehicle technology to customers.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive diagnostics on electric bikes to identify issues related to electrical and mechanical systems.
Conduct repairs and replacement of faulty components including batteries, motors, controllers, and wiring systems.
Utilize electrical diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve electrical system faults efficiently.
Schedule and complete routine maintenance to ensure electric bikes operate smoothly and meet safety standards.
Keep detailed records of all repairs, maintenance activities, and diagnostics performed for tracking and reporting purposes.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and standards during all repair and maintenance work.
Advise customers and internal teams on proper use, maintenance practices, and safety guidelines for electric bikes.
Stay updated on latest electric vehicle technologies, tools, and repair techniques applicable to EV bikes.
Collaborate with suppliers and technical support to obtain required parts and resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials and batteries.
