NRSP Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the daily operational activities within its branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of two personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role demands a strong focus on process improvement, quality assurance, and effective team leadership to drive operational excellence and support the bank's mission of providing outstanding financial services. The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the branch's operational integrity by enforcing discipline, monitoring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols during account opening and maintenance, and ensuring the physical upkeep of the branch environment. The position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional capable of managing multiple responsibilities while fostering a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the operations staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Ensure strict compliance with all operational policies and procedures established by the bank.
Deliver and uphold high-quality customer service in alignment with company guidelines and expectations.
Monitor and enforce compliance with KYC requirements during account opening and maintenance stages to minimize risk.
Maintain the branch's physical environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance.
Promote and maintain discipline and professionalism among branch staff to foster a positive work culture.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Conduct regular quality assurance checks to uphold service standards and regulatory compliance.
Provide guidance and support to the team, encouraging professional development and teamwork.
Manage and resolve any operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Prepare and submit operational reports as required by management and regulatory bodies.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by senior management to support branch and organizational objectives.
