Production Manager

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and control production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and consistent output quality.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

Monitor and enforce quality control standards across all stages of production to comply with Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
Conduct regular process improvements and workflow optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Manage budgeting and cost control measures to ensure production goals are met within allocated financial resources.
Oversee labor management, including attendance tracking and adherence to labor handling protocols as per production needs.
Coordinate warehouse management activities for effective material handling, storage, and distribution supporting production operations.
Utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems to track production status, identify bottlenecks, and report on key performance indicators.
Drive innovation in production techniques to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain seamless material flow and resolve disruptions promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production area.
