Job Objective

Responsible for the management of employee services including performance management, employee transfers, EOBI, verifications and employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Records, Employment Letters &  Verification Management

  • Oversee service record function which includes time to time checking of service records & completion of gaps.
  • Processing of general employment letters as requested by employees.

Transfers & Leaves 

  • Apply system updates as per latest promotions, transfers, re-designations and structural changes.
  • Transfer policy execution, statutory compliance & analysis through HRMS facilitation.
  • Implementation of leaves policy as per prescribed policy, statutory reporting and analysis through HRMS facilitation.

HRMS Self Service Administration

  • Manage HRMS functions including Self-Service administration, user management, errors, system updates, personal information updates and training.

EOBI & Employee Cards

  • Assist in maintaining the record of EOBI registrations.
  • Preparation & distribution of employee cards of new joiners as well as renewal of expired. 
  • Maintain a tracking system of both EOBI and employee cards.                             

Performance Management

  • Coordinate with branches to obtain end of probation appraisals.
  • Share appraisals with relevant line managers for review and approval.
  • Prepare letters and dispatch them to relevant employees.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Preferably Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field from an HEC recognized University.

Skills

  • Processing efficiency, accuracy and commitment to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Duration and Nature of Previous Experience

  • Relevant experience will be an advantage. Must have conceptual understanding & theoretical knowledge of Human Resource Management & all of its functions.
