A US based company is hiring International Call Center Agent (Night Shift) to manage customer queries, feedback's, and complaints.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage outgoing/incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Call customer for order verification, reviews and feedback
  • Resolving customer complaints

Job Requirements:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Relevant experience in Call Center would be preferred

Shift Timings: 7pm – 4am. (9 hours)

Working Days: Mon-Fri

Gender: No Preference

Pick and Drop service provided to females only.
