One Facility Management (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager - Projects to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing project accounting activities with a focus on financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control to support successful project execution. The role demands a strong command of earned value management and budget management, supporting the financial health of our construction and real estate development projects. This position requires 6 years of relevant experience, with a background in accounting or finance, and an ability to work independently without direct team management responsibilities. The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise in project accounting principles combined with practical experience in the real estate or construction sectors. As an integral part of the organization, you will utilize your skills in taxation, cash flow analysis, and ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records and support strategic decision making. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will ensure compliance and optimize financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities

Manage project-wise accounting, ledgers, cost centers and development expenditure.
Monitor project costs against budgets, analyze variances and track commitments and contractor payments.
Prepare project-wise financial reports, management accounts and cash flow information.
Oversee vendor/contractor payments, invoice verification and bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
Ensure proper tax treatment, statutory compliance and timely support for internal and external audits.
