The successful candidate will leverage their deep knowledge of skilled and business immigration to lead and expand our market presence, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and business growth. They will oversee all aspects of the organization's activities in the country, directly managing a large and diverse team of 100 employees and guiding them towards achieving ambitious objectives and operational excellence. The CEOs daily activities include formulating and executing robust business strategies, optimizing financial performance through effective budgeting and forecasting, and fostering a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and performance metrics. This leadership position requires the ability to analyze market trends, develop business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients using advanced CRM strategies and tools. The executive must excel in change management to adapt rapidly to immigration policy shifts, ensuring the company remains agile and competitive in the dynamic global immigration landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve the companys growth and financial objectives within the immigration consultancy industry.
- Oversee all immigration services related to skilled and business immigration across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, UK, Germany, and Portugal, ensuring compliance with each countrys regulations.
- Manage a diverse team of 100 professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability through effective leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, expanding client base, and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Implement and monitor operational excellence standards to optimize process efficiencies and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Utilize KPIs, performance metrics, and Management by Objectives (MBO) frameworks to track organizational and individual performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to anticipate challenges and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Direct the usage and management of CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot to enhance customer lifecycle management and customer relationship strategies.
- Champion change management initiatives to improve adaptability and responsiveness in a highly regulated and evolving industry environment.
