We OneHubAgency recruiting on behalf of our Retail Western Brand Client. Ideal Candidate must have Strong English Verbal and Written Communication. Positive personality, Basic understanding of task handling and reporting.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore. As a Social Media Customer Service Representative at Western Apparel Retail Brand , you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) and resolving them in a timely and professional manner. In this role, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and will analyze social media data to identify trends and suggest improvements to our customer service strategies.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints, preferably in a social media environment
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
