This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore. As a Social Media Customer Service Representative at Western Apparel Retail Brand , you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) and resolving them in a timely and professional manner. In this role, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and will analyze social media data to identify trends and suggest improvements to our customer service strategies.
