Online Electrical Supervisor

Al Hamd Textile in Karachi is seeking a full-time Electrical Supervisor to join their team. This role operates on a morning shift with the flexibility of remote or online work. The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 95,000 to 190,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing industrial electrical maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operation of plant equipment, and leading a maintenance team to execute both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all industrial electrical maintenance activities within the plant.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues related to plant equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Plan and execute corrective maintenance activities as needed to address equipment failures or malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including reports on equipment status and repair history.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in industrial electrical maintenance, demonstrating hands-on expertise in managing electrical systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
