We are seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Agent based in Islamabad to provide dedicated support to UK customers. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, and involves managing customer interactions primarily via phone. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant customer service experience, including direct experience dealing with UK customers. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Proven experience supporting UK customers directly.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as per business needs.
