Key Responsibilities
- Proofread and review publications to ensure error-free content, focusing on grammar, punctuation, typography, and overall layout.
- Apply established style guides consistently across all documents.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat to edit and annotate materials.
- Collaborate effectively with editorial teams to clarify content and implement necessary changes.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards throughout the proofreading process.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional proofreading experience.
- Strong proficiency in English language, including grammar, punctuation, and editorial conventions.
- Familiarity with typography and document layout principles.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat for editing and reviewing documents.
