Online Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

A part-time remote Social Media Manager position is available for an education-focused organization based in Lahore. This role involves managing and enhancing the organization’s social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning content calendars, creating engaging posts, scheduling content, and driving audience engagement as well as website traffic. This position requires approximately 16 hours of work per week and offers a monthly compensation ranging from PKR 15,000 to 30,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars for various social media platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts tailored to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
- Implement social media campaigns that align with the organization’s educational goals.
- Foster community engagement by interacting with followers and responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Drive traffic to the organization’s website through strategic social media initiatives.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices relevant to the education sector and Pakistani student communities.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong writing skills in both English and Urdu, with the ability to create compelling and culturally relevant content.
- Proficiency in content scheduling tools and social media management software.
- Good understanding of the interests and behaviors of Pakistani student communities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
