Online Upwork & Freelancer Bidder

DigiTechSoul is looking for a motivated entry-level professional to join the team as a full-time Upwork & Freelancer Bidder. This remote position is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and operates on a night shift schedule. The role offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 20,000 to 30,000. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of practical experience in bidding on freelance platforms, demonstrating strong written English skills, the ability to craft compelling proposals, assess opportunities effectively, conduct thorough research, and maintain organized follow-ups. While the position is primarily remote, occasional physical attendance at meetings may be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suitable freelance projects on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Prepare and submit well-written, persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct detailed research to understand client needs and project scopes.
- Maintain consistent and organized follow-up communication with potential clients to maximize bidding success.
- Monitor and track bidding activities and outcomes to optimize future proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to gather information or clarify project details.
- Attend physical meetings when called upon to discuss project opportunities or team coordination.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in bidding on freelance marketplaces like Upwork and Freelancer.
- Strong command of written English, with excellent proposal writing skills.
- Ability to assess project opportunities critically and conduct relevant research.
- Well-organized with strong follow-up and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; however, relevant practical experience will also be considered.
- Comfortable working night shifts and managing remote work responsibilities effectively.
