Operation Executive - Aviation

This full-time, non-managerial position is for an Operation Executive in the aviation sector based in Islamabad. The role involves coordinating flight operations primarily between Islamabad and Dubai, ensuring smooth communication and management of flight information. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring operational irregularities, maintaining detailed records, and supporting adherence to ICAO standards. This position requires working on-site during morning shifts and involves occasional travel. The salary range for this role is PKR 150,000 to 250,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage flight operations between Islamabad and Dubai, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Monitor flight information and operational updates to address any irregularities promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to flight operations and compliance.
- Support the implementation and adherence to ICAO standards and aviation regulations.
- Manage operational communications with relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth flight operations.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and provide timely updates to management.
- Participate in on-site activities during morning shifts and undertake travel as required to support operational needs.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation operations or a related field.
- Educational background in aviation or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to work morning shifts on-site in Islamabad.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage operational tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with ICAO standards and aviation regulatory requirements.
