Optinet Solutions a US Based Company is seeking a dedicated CSR(Customer Sales Representative) to join our team during the night shift from 6pm to 3am (PKT). The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience in Sales, cold calling and customer service, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships through effective communication and product knowledge. This role requires managing Cold calling, potential customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting sales activities to contribute to the overall success of the company. The position does not involve managing a team but demands excellent individual performance and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using leads.
Speak with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
Introduce the company's products and services in a professional and conversational manner.
Ask discovery questions to understand the prospect's current setup and business needs.
Identify qualified prospects and sales opportunities.
Handle common objections and maintain a professional attitude when prospects decline.
Explain the benefits, pricing, and features of our products/services.
Follow up with prospects who show interest.
Schedule appointments or sales meetings for qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate notes and lead status.
Complete assigned daily call and follow-up targets.
Work toward weekly and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales/management team when a qualified opportunity is identified.
Maintain professionalism and positive communication throughout the sales process.
