Outbound Sales Agent

MARS BPO is looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join as Outbound Sales Agents at their Saddar, Karachi office. This full-time role requires working the 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift and offers a commission-based compensation structure with additional performance bonuses. The position involves engaging with international customers, explaining products and services clearly, following up on leads, and consistently meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and objections confidently.
- Employ effective persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in interacting with international customers.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Availability to work the 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift.
- Previous experience in international call centers or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
